The Women Rehabilitation and Development Organization (WORDA) successfully conducted a series of four, one-day safeguarding and child protection training sessions for teachers and school committee members in targeted villages. Held from June 10th to 13th, 2024, these sessions aimed to equip educators and school leadership with the knowledge and skills necessary to create safe and supportive environments for all adolescent girls and boys within their schools. Each session benefited approximately 25 participants from a designated location, fostering a deeper understanding of child safeguarding and protection principles.
